The price is guided by the number of bedrooms & bathrooms.
Our rates are £50 per bedroom and £30 per bathroom.
For example, a 3-bedroom house with 1 bathroom would cost £180.
The standard turnaround time is 14 working days. Express editing (1-2 days) is available at an additional charge, starting at £40.
We also charge additionally for significant travel outside of Durham.
