The price is guided by the number of bedrooms & bathrooms.
Our rates are £50 per standard room (bedroom, lounge, kitchen, study, etc.) and £20 per bathroom and toilet.
Our minimum call out is £280.
For example, a 3-bedroom house with living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms would cost £290.
The standard turnaround time is 14 working days. Express editing (1-2 days) is available at an additional charge, starting at £40.
We also charge additionally for significant travel outside of Durham.
