The price is guided by the number of bedrooms & bathrooms.
Our December rates are £40 per bedroom and £20 per bathroom.
For example, a 3-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms would cost £180.
The standard turnaround time is 10 working days. Express editing (1-2 days) is available at an additional charge, starting at £40.
We also charge additionally for significant travel outside of Durham.
